當「時尚奧斯卡」遇見「百年漢學」：一場跨越時空的「微微美」重啟計畫 The Unlikely Pairing: A Fashion Icon Reawakens a Historical Gem.
無異於談論一位業界的傳奇—— 黃慧貞 女士從南實踐大學時尚設計系功成身退，她的作品早已橫跨電影、舞台劇、大型活動造型與服飾設計，甚至創下三小時內為四百多人完裝的驚人紀錄，並在侯孝賢等知名導演的作品中留下經典印記。她，是風格的締造者，是時尚與藝術的頂尖大師。
然而，是什麼機緣讓這位「時尚奧斯卡」級的人物，將她退休後的首個重要計畫，獻給了充滿歷史厚度的台中霧峰林家宮保第？
What happens when Taiwan's most celebrated fashion master, Professor Huang Hui-Zhen (Huang, H.C.), decides to take on her first major project post-retirement? She brings her "Oscar-level" artistry—known for countless works spanning film, stage, and high fashion—to one of the world's best-preserved historical sites: the Wufeng Lin Family Mansion ：Gong-Bao-Di Park in Taichung.

霧峰林家宮保第，作為全球保存最完整的漢學文化歷史場景之一，其莊嚴與豐富的底蘊，深深觸動了這次的策展人-黃慧貞。她對能協助提升這座代表性文化場域的美感、使用性與觀賞性，抱持著強烈的「使命感」。深知歷史不該只是博物館的靜態展品，更應活在當下。
這項計畫的推動者，是專注於「地方創生」與「文化轉型」的百人團，一個由跨領域百位專家組成的智囊團。共同將宮保第打造成一個可複製的「文創、文旅、文活」文化創生模板，實現林家第九代林俊明先生的宏願：讓宮保第從「林家」走向「世界」。
The Wufeng Lin Family Mansion ：Gong-Bao-Di Park in Taichung, one of the world's best-preserved sites of Han Chinese culture, deeply moved Professor Huang with its grandeur and rich heritage.
She felt a strong sense of purpose: History shouldn't just be a static museum piece—it needs to live now. Her mission is to boost the site's beauty, functionality, and appeal.
This project is driven by the "WHO LAB", a cross-disciplinary think tank focused on Regional Revitalization and Cultural Transformation. They aim to make Gong-Bao-Di a replicable model for cultural innovation and tourism—fulfilling the vision of Mr. Lin Jyun-Ming, the 9th-generation head, to take the mansion from "the Lin family's" to "the world's."

「微微美藝術角落」的核心精神，是捕捉生活中那些容易被忽略的「小小的美」。它透過藝術介入，將園區內許多空白或閒置的角落，轉化為富有「煙火氣」的生活使用場景。這不再是單純的裝置藝術或歷史佈局，而是透過黃老師的設計與策展，讓漢學文化與藝術設計對話，賦予古蹟生活感與未來性。
我們希望透過這個展覽，讓每一位觀展者、年輕世代或觀光客，在踏入宮保第時，能從一幅畫、一個符碼，感受到屬於他與這棟建築、這個場域的獨特對話與連結。

This project is all about capturing the small, easily overlooked beauty in our daily lives. Using art intervention, we transform the mansion's empty or unused spaces into vibrant, practical living scenes—giving history a lived-in vibe.
This is not just installation art. Through Professor Huang's curation, Han Chinese culture speaks to modern design, imbuing the historical site with a sense of both everyday life and future potential.
We invite every visitor, young and old, to step into Gong-Bao-Di and find their own connection: a unique dialogue with the architecture, sparked by every painting and every symbol. Come and experience this new chapter of cultural revitalization, co-created by a fashion giant and a century-old historical gem!

Lesson1 《敲拓染＆顏料染 》：Bundle ＆Paint Dyeing
簡單素材，不凡美作：以日常材料，創作療癒系藝術。
Simple Materials, Extraordinary Beauty: Crafting Healing Art from the Everyday.
敲拓染：拾起天然植物的色彩與形狀，以石頭為筆，輕輕敲擊葉面與花朵，將大自然的生動印記直接烙印於素布之上。每一張布面，都是一幅獨一無二、由自然轉印而成的詩意畫作。
Bundle Dyeing: Capture the colors and forms of nature. Using a stone as your tool, gently tap leaves and blossoms to imprint their vibrant essence directly onto plain fabric. Each cloth becomes a unique, poetic artwork transferred by nature itself.
顏料染：只將素布綁個簡單的結，將稀釋的壓克力顏料，盡情往布上噴濺接受色彩渲染，清水洗淨後，隨機染出每張令人驚奇的色彩紋路，自然就是不凡。
Paint Dyeing: Embrace the randomness of color. Simply knot the fabric, then freely spray and blend diluted acrylic pigments. After a rinse, the cloth reveals astonishing, serendipitous color patterns. Here, the creative philosophy is simple: Nature is the Extraordinary.

We treat each assembled color palette as a potential style vocabulary. Through aesthetic analysis, we perform a "Style Diagnosis" on these combinations: decoding hues that evoke rugged "Indigenous Tones," sophisticated "Subtle Luxury," or elegant "Regal Flair." Every single shade is thus given a new cultural and aesthetic label.

自從黃慧貞老師第一次踏入宮保第，僅僅四個月藉由「實戰轉化」的團隊合作，就讓那些從倉庫深處久久被忽略的物件與空間「再次活起來」，帶著團隊開啟了一段充滿火花、挑戰卻又極具成就感的旅程。
In just four months since Professor Huang Hui-Chen's first visit, the team used an "intensive transformation" approach to reawaken long-neglected objects and spaces from deep storage. This launched a challenging yet immensely rewarding journey, full of creative spark.

Artworks 九大空間
這場展覽的策展核心，其中一部分源自「九宮」的概念—— 以「九」為數，以「宮」為格。九宮不僅是一個方格架構，更是一套來自中華文化符碼轉譯的魔術方塊。
Part of the curatorial idea for this exhibition comes from the concept of the Nine Palaces — a grid of nine, where each square holds meaning.
It’s more than just a geometric structure; it’s like a cultural Rubik’s cube that translates ancient Chinese symbols into modern design language.
這次在宮保第改造的九個空間，是藉傳統「八仙加上天官」九宮的九種人物精神，分別對應了古人「圓滿、吉祥、喜氣、安康、福德、觀祿、長壽、財富、順利」的生活觀到祝福。
For the renovation of Gongbao Di, the nine spaces were inspired by the “Eight Immortals plus the Heavenly Official” — each representing a unique human spirit.
Together, they reflect traditional blessings and life values such as Fulfillment, Auspiciousness, Joy, Well-being, Virtue, Prosperity, Longevity, Wealth, and Harmony.
這些祝福不僅體現在設計的細節中，也流動於整個場域之內。 從老物件的再生、空間的重構，到觀眾與場域的互動， 「九宮」成為一座連結歷史與當下、形式與精神的文化橋樑。
These blessings live not only in the design details but flow through the entire site —
from the revival of old objects and the reshaping of space to the subtle interaction between visitors and the architecture itself.
當人們走入宮保第的九個空間， 不只是觀展，更是在與「祝福」本身對話—— 微微美是以文化為底、情感為引的空間再生實驗。
When people walk through the nine spaces of Gongbao Di, they’re not just visiting an exhibition — they’re entering a dialogue with blessings themselves."Slight Beauty" is, at its heart, an experiment in spatial rebirth — rooted in culture, guided by emotion, and alive with meaning.
